- This competition is open to UAE residents only aged 18 years or over. Employees of Ripe Fresh LLC or Yallaabudhabi.ae, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee and/or authors, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
- This competition will commence on 23 March, 2017 and all entries must be received by midnight on 8 April, 2017. The Ripe Fresh LLC accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach Yallaabudhabi.ae by the relevant closing date for any reason.
- No entrant may win more than one prize.
- The prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
- The 10 winners will be selected at random by Yallaabudhabi.ae.
- The winners will be notified via email by 14 April, 2017. The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. Ripe Fresh LLC will deliver prizes to the winners as per available Home delivery schedules and time slots. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and Yallaabudhabi.ae/Ripe Fresh LLC reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
