You can find the space in the Nahil Building in Al Rawdah, which will be open between noon and 11pm daily.
Carefully designed to provide guests a comfortable and safe space to release their pent-up frustrations or stress, the interiors are filled with colour and graffiti art. Most importantly though, they’re soundproof, so you have all the freedom to unleash your rage!
From washing machines to printers and so much more, use an axe, crowbar or bat to get destroying.
If you’re in need of some fuelling up, this Abu Dhabi branch is also launching The Smash Room Café. From mocktails to specialty coffees made with specially sourced ingredients, it’s the perfect way to rejuvenate between smash sessions.

Packages at The Smash Room Abu Dhabi start at AED 69, for those willing to bring their own smashables, AED 199 for those who want to smash 15 glass items and a CPU, going up to AED 299 for 25 glass items, a CPU and a printer.
There are also special packages for kids, offering glass items and a DVD.
If you’re wondering where all the waste goes, The Smash Room is big on recycling, so it’s the greenest way to get rid of your stress.
Looking to take a break from all the smashing fun? You can also go at it in the arcade section, reliving all the memories of childhood.
