Experience Ramadan at Pura Eco Retreat and you’ll get to savour a fusion of traditional dishes combined with curated dishes inspired by local flavours.
You will, of course, be breaking your fast in nature among the mangroves.
The ingredients are wholesome as you’d expect with dishes refreshed weekly to keep it exciting.
The Iftar journey begins with refreshing drinks such as that Great British favourite Vimto and locally made Jallab.
Next up is delicious hot and cold mezze and soup, including hummus, tabbouleh, and sambosa.
Main courses and grills are simply mouth-watering and include tagines, Lamb Rogan Josh, stews, kebabs and traditional favourites such as harees and thareed to name a few.
End your Iftar with sweet temptations such as luqaimat, kunafas and Umm Ali, accompanied by a wide selection of beverages.
Suhoor is also available from 9.30pm onwards, which is when comforting and warm dishes are served to help you prepare for the fast ahead.
