The UAE’s national AED 50 million weekly Emirates loto has been postponed

Mahzooz, previously Emirates Loto, announced that it will push back the date of the first draw

Emirates Loto

The Emirates Loto, now under the new name Mahzooz, postponed its first draw since the four-month hiatus. The draw was scheduled to take place on Saturday, 21 November.

The draw has been pushed back to Saturday, 28 November, according to the Mahzooz, stating that the circumstances behind the move are beyond the control of Mahzooz.

It also stated that all entries [from the 21 November] will be automatically entered in the draw taking place on 28th November.

The winning numbers will be drawn every Saturday thereafter and will be live-streamed on the website from 9pm.

The cost for each individual entry remains at AED 35.

Playing is pretty simple and here’s how:

  • Head to the Mahzooz website,
  • Sign in or create an account
  • Click play and select PLAY NOW
  • Pick Six Numbers
  • Add to your shopping cart
  • Checkout and you’ll receive confirmation.

To win AED 50 million, you will need to match the six numbers on your card to those drawn. Match five numbers to win AED one million. Match four numbers to win AED 1,000, which has increased from AED 300 when the Emirate’s Loto was last in service.

The draw was originally introduced to the UAE in April 2020 but was withdrawn in July 2020 for system upgrades.
