There are no shortages of fabulous places to dine at in Abu Dhabi and with International Burger Day on 28 May, Team Yalla thought we’d point you to a new kid on the block in terms of fabulous crispy burgers.
Crispy, you say? Yep, for these are chicken burgers, among other scrumptious chicken delights, that are being rustled up by one of the capital’s best-known chefs, Chef Khaled.
If you know Fae Restaurant – who doesn’t? – then you’ll know all about Chef Khaled’s under-the-radar dishes over at Abu Dhabi’s Youth Hub.
Now by popular demand Chef Khaled Al Saadi has joined forces with Alia Al Mazrouei to launch pop-up concept Blu over at Yas Mall.
Blu, which means life, is rustling up the most delectable chicken burgers in the city and beyond.
We love the names too – Mamma Mia, Spice Afghani, K-Pop and the Classic Blu – all filled with deliciously fried chicken breast, fresh vegetables, home-made sauces and freshly baked brioche bun.
Also on the menu are chicken bites, chicken tenders, chicken salad, chicken rolls and sides of fries, not to mention the signature Blu Fries with fried chicken breast and a whole array of delicious sauces too!
So burger lovers, if you’re looking to take you burger love to the next level, you now know where to go.
