Al Hudayriyat Cycling Morning Race

Despite the hot weather, there are a raft of sporting events across the emirate, including cycling.

Once again, the organiser behind this event is The Abu Dhabi Sports Council, which is now presenting Al Hudayriyat Cycling Race on Friday morning, 28 May.

Participants can choose from 62km, 42km or 32km with a 2km neutral lead in. Riders aged between 12 and 14 can choose to join the event participating in the 12km single loop contest.

The 62km race is open to riders 17 years to 60 years with riders from 15 years able to join the 42km and 32km race.

For those wishing to do an Individual Time Trial on a TT bike, we offer options of 62km (6.05am), 42km (6.15am) and 32km (6.25am)

 

Start Times

 

Event check-in from 5:30 with the 62km starting at 6am, followed by 42km at 6:10am, 32km at 6:20am and Junior 12km at 6:30am

All finishers will receive a downloadable Participation Certificate and a Finisher Medal.

Due to Government regulations, under 12s or over 60s will not be able to participate in this event.

COVID-19 Protocols – All participants must provide their PCR negative test result to be within 48 hours of event day. Participants vaccinated with the sign (*), (E) or (V) in their ALHOSN app must provide a negative PCR test result within seven days.

All participants are asked to read and accept the terms and conditions of participation and no spectators are allowed within the start/finish event zone.
