To welcome our brand-new Abu Dhabi studio partner Fitness First Al Seef Mall, we are organizing Abu Dhabi’s first SheFighter class with the one and only Lina Khalifeh who is travelling in from Jordan for this class.
SheFighter is the first Self-Defense Studio for women in Jordan and the Middle East, designed to empower women both physically and physiologically through Self-Defense Training. Learning SheFigher’s Self-Defense techniques will not only give women the opportunity to defend themselves in difficult situations, but will also build up their self-esteem.
After class there will be sweet and salty snacks as well as juices for everyone by our favourite healthy meal prep delivery in Abu Dhabi – Green Central UAE while you have a chance to chat with Lina.
6:15PM: Doors Open
6:30PM – 7:30PM: SheFighter Class
7:30PM – 8:15PM: Networking while we enjoy Green Central’s goodies after class
