The fourth National Traditional Handicrafts Festival offers a platform to encourage and support practitioners of these crafts. In its fourth edition, the festival continues to be a window through which we can cherish our past and appreciate the ingenuity of our ancestors, who repurposed the accessible resources, in order to meet their needs and better their lives.
