Ladies & Gentlemen, Jumeirah at Etihad Towers presents Foodie Fight, and Friday brunching just got a whole lot more exciting!
Well, Food Fight is a bit of a misnomer as this is still Jumeirah at Etihad Tower’s legendary brunch, just with an exciting new twist. So, what’s it all about, you may wonder? Wonder no more.
Hotel guests, local residents, and visitors alike are invited to join a Friday Brunch like no other, on Friday, 14 December 2018, at Nahaam, and witness a culinary showdown featuring the Head Chefs from BiCE and Tori No Su who will be punching above their weight to impress hungry spectators.
The two Chefs will create dishes that will be available exclusively at the Brunch for foodies to try and then vote on their favourites. The food station with the most votes will not only win bragging rights, but also the coveted Culinary Division Title.
IN THE BLUE CORNER
Heavyweight Master Chef Ando Takashi of Tori No Su restaurant will be taking traditional Japanese recipes and elevating them to offer his own spin on those Asian classics.
IN THE RED CORNER
Heavyweight Master Chef Delfino Sanfilippo of BiCE restaurant will be creating authentic Italian dishes with flavours from different regions, offering plates that would make “Mama” proud.
The Food Fight Series will be a regular feature at The Friday Brunch at Nahaam, giving guests an opportunity to experience dishes from the wide variety of restaurants across Jumeirah at Etihad Towers.
The Brunch at Nahaam
Friday Brunch at Nahaam is one of Abu Dhabi’s most popular Friday brunches with its al fresco dining option, live stations, international fare and stunning beach views. It’s available every Friday from 12.30pm – 4.00pm and is priced from AED375. Kids under the age of 12 go free.
