Fancy yourself as a competitive cyclist?
The Falcon Daman Monday Night Cycling Series for 2021/22 sees Abu Dhabi’s cyclists offered a chance to test their calves and mettle over a five-race series for a prize pot of AED 60,000.
Taking place on the first Monday night of every month until March, the series follows a handicap format known as Australian Pursuit Racing.
Men’s and ladies’ races take in 56.8km with junior legs covering 8km and 16km and participants can only use a road bike.
The prize pool of AED 60,000 will be allocated to best overall results from the five races.
To participate, all competitors over the age of 16 must present a negative PCR test taken within 96 hours of the race.
