David Tapley, the food enthusiast behind the blog Out and About UAE will host the fourth in his series of new personalised culinary experiences called #DineAroundWithDavid at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal.
The private table set-up will see fellow foodies in Abu Dhabi join David to explore Southeast Asian specialities through a brunch concept known as the ‘street food late brunch.’
Curated by Tran Thanh Chung, Chef de Cuisine at Li Jiang, highlights on the menu are set to include food cart classics from across Southeast Asia, such as Korean BBQ, Peking duck, sushi and fried noodles.
