Al Ain Oasis

In the heart of the city, Al Ain Oasis, the UAE’s first curated UNESCO World Heritage site visitor experience, will host the return of Weekends at the Oasis, which due to popular demand from the last season, will now run on every weekend between November 17 and March 31. Weekends at the Oasis, is a communal marketplace where families can also enjoy traditional performances, screenings of pop cultural films and shows from the 80s and 90s, food trucks, live cooking, traditional and contemporary crafts workshops all inspired by the Oasis, and activities such as horse riding.
Located on the edge of the oasis, the Al Ain Palace Museum the home of the UAE’s archeology and ethnography, will host hands-on activities such as weekly Cuneiform Writing Workshops and Pottery Decorating Workshops from October 2017 to April 2018.
