Al Ain Zoo and Aquarium

The run aims to cater for all abilities and will feature options from 2.5Km, 5km and 10km races.
Starting at 7:00am just outside the zoo’s main entrance the courses will loop around the Zoo Park’s flat paths, past the Safari Area, World Desert Area and African habitat, before returning via the Arabian Habitat and the Big Cat Oasis.
One long loop will range a 5km distance, 2loops will total a 10km distance and a smaller loop will be measure 2.5Km distance. Runners will finish at the start / finish arch just outside the main entrance.
Water will be provided on the course and at the finish. Finishers will also be given a medal and the finalists will be awarded as the 1st, 2nd and 3rd winners in various age categories. Breakfast will be provided to participants, families and spectators at Café Mikel, both as a pre-booked option or paid for on the day subject to availability.
The event is brought to you as an Abu Dhabi Sports Council Community event at Al Ain Zoo and organised by Gulf Multi Sport and sponsored by Al Ain Water and National Ambulance.
