Invoices totaling AED 3000 or above can be exchanged with Beach Rotana Voucher at the Customer Service Desk. (Receipts must be dated from 6th to 8th of May 2021).
Beach Rotana Vouchers are valid until the 30th of September 2021 and will be redeemed according to availability.
Invoices cannot be accumulated or split, however upon redemption of invoices, a voucher can be exchanged with one voucher only of a lower value.
Vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-extendable and no cash alternative will be provided. Vouchers cannot be sold.
