Mega boyband Westlife will be performing in Abu Dhabi for the first time

The venue has yet to be confirmed.

You can hear the screams already – one of the favourite boybands ever, Westlife will be taking to the stage for the first time in Abu Dhabi this September.

Yes, the mega Irish boyband will drive those of us who are certain vintage into raptures as they make their Abu Dhabi debut.

Pencilled in to serenade crowds on Thursday 29 September, the venue for the gig has not been confirmed just yet but you can sign up for notifications on the release of tickets at Live Nation.

Returning to the UAE for the first time since 2019 when they performed at the Coca-Cola Arena, Westlife, captured the hearts of music fans in the UK, Ireland and beyond with a string of chart-topping hits including ‘Flying Without Wings, ‘What Makes a Man’ and ‘World of Our Own.

Abu Dhabi has already an exciting line-up of music gigs and comedy shows on the horizon including world-renowned tenor, Andrea Bocelli, performing at the Etihad Arena and Liam Gallagher getting behind the mic at Club Social.

Jimmy Carr and Kevin Bridges will be tickling the sides of comedy fans as well later in the year.
