The three-day festival at Umm Al Emarat park will see a lot of Thai food, live entertainment and more!
The best thing about Abu Dhabi has always been its diverse mix of cultures and nationalities. And now, you get to take a dip in the Thai side of things with the third edition of the annual Thai Festival returning to the emirate.
Scheduled from 9-11 December, head to Umm Al Emarat Park to catch all the fun.
Hosted by the Royal Thai Embassy and Team Thailand, the weekend will feature a variety of family-friendly activities such as Thai cultural performances, a boxing tournament by the UAE Muythai and Kickboxing Federation, a Fabric Fashion Show, and live native cooking demonstrations.
There will also be market stalls selling authentic Thai cuisine and products for you to purchase. Since its outdoors, you’ll also get to enjoy the cooling weather as you soak in the culture and traditions of the country.
The Thai Festival is free to attend and will run from 3pm to 10pm on Fridays, and from 10am to 10pm on Saturdays and Sundays. However, to enter Umm Al Emarat Park, you must pay a Dhs10 entrance fee.
