The Livehealthy Festival is back for the fourth time

A perfect opportunity to step up the health and wellness game for the entire family, head to Al Qana this weekend!

Coming back for the fourth time, the Livehealthy Festival is ready to transform Abu Dhabi.

With a dedicated focus on wellness and helping UAE residents turn their fitness goals into lasting healthy habits, it’s a perfect festival to get on the path of wellness with the entire family.

This year, the festival will be hosted at THE BRIDGE | Lifestyle Hub in the capital’s newest lifestyle destination, Al Qana. An apt venue it’s the perfect spot for the chance to develop skills and much more.

As part of the festival, adults can partake in spin, step, Muay Thai, ladies-only Pilates, vinyasa, power and face yoga, bodyweight circuit and mobility classes. There are also workshops and panel discussions on immunization, supplements, sleep, as well as how to incorporate moderation into your exercise routine and more. Wrap it up with a beautiful symphony of sound healing.

There’s plenty for the kids as well! From arts and crafts sessions by RFLCT Creative Arts, painting, mobility, spin, laughter and family yoga all the way to Muay Thai basics, there’s a lot to learn and have fun.

Keep an eye out for some insightful panel discussions as well! From Immunizations: How much is enough?, Put me to sleep – A workshop for the whole family, to exploring ‘Supplementing your health’, you’ll end up walking out a much more wholesome person, both mind and body.

THE BRIDGE’s organic eatery TASTE is preparing special festival grab-and-go dishes including roasted beetroot feta and pomegranate salad and sweet pea falafel and smoked Caesar and chicken wraps. And if you fancy something sweet – dig into a naturally sweetened chocolate or berry and frangipane tart or carrot cake!
