Award-winning musical to premiere at Etihad Arena in January 2024
The wait is finally over!
The Middle East debut of the award-winning musical Hamilton is finally happening – and it’s taking place right here in Abu Dhabi.
The groundbreaking musical, which features a distinctive blend of hip-hop, R&B, pop and soul to tell the story of American founding father Alexander Hamilton, will make its Middle East premiere on 17 January 2024 at Etihad Arena, kicking off a three-week run until 4 February.
To be among the first to score tickets to the musical, you need to act fast and sign up to the waitlist on the event’s website, which closes on Friday, 19 May, at 11am.
Tickets go on sale starting Monday, 22 May, and priced from AED 180.

Apart from Abu Dhabi, the international tour, which is currently playing on London’s West End, will visit multiple countries, with confirmed shows in New Zealand and the Philippines.
The Tony, Grammy, Olivier and Pulitzer Prize-winning show is a sung-and-rapped-through musical with music, lyrics and book by Lin-Manuel Miranda.
With Hamilton still months away, there are plenty of captivating experiences to indulge in across Abu Dhabi, including a Guns N’ Roses concert at Etihad Arena, the International Indian Film Academy Concert (IIFA 2023) also at Etihad Arena, and even the return of the Abu Dhabi Summer Sports at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre.
