A 4-course grape pairing menu at Li Beirut

Barely coming off the high of featuring in the Michelin Guide Abu Dhabi, Li Beirut is now back with a Massaya Grape Dinner.

An exclusive four-course menu paired with exquisite grapes? Li Beirut has something extremely refined in mind for the residents of the capital.

The Massaya Grape Dinner will commence from 7.30pm to 11pm on 25 November. Recently honoured with the coveted Service Award by the Michelin Guide Abu Dhabi guide 2023, the evening will be hosted by Restaurant Manager Rawad Hamdan and his team at Li Beirut.

Priced at AED 380 per guest, the intimate evening offers a selection of grapes from the Massaya Vineyard in Lebanon. Massaya, or ‘twilight’ in Lebanese, offers a refreshing enhancement to the flavours put on the plate by Chef Jouni and his team.

To give your palate a teaser of what’s to come, guests can expect dishes like the Ahla w Sahla, which is a a Smoked Pumpkin with Hummus, Tuna Tartare and Caviar. Named creatively befitting to the skill, the Mountain & Sea features a Slow Cooked Lamb Shank, served with Crispy Kunafa Mediterranean Prawn.

What meal is complete without a sweet note to end on though? The Cheese & Mouse was conceptualized and created specially for the event, made up of Labneh Cheese Cake, Kharoob Honey Blood Orange Compote & Hazelnut.
