Led by Academy of Women Entrepreneurs (AWE) alumni and current participants, the discussions will center around challenges and resources to grow in the UAE
For a long time now, startAD has focused on fostering a community of female entrepreneurs in the UAE. From providing ample opportunities to network, explore, learn, and thrive, it is an opportune space for those looking to establish and build a business in the country.
This International Women’s Day, they’re all set to host The Female Circle in partnership with The Bureau UAE, and in collaboration with US Mission to the UAE.
Led by AWE alumni and current cohorts, the event will serve as a means to engage in a roundtable discussion on the challenges and resources for expansion and growth in the UAE market.
Moderated by Ameera Khalid of Waha Capital, the event will lead dialogue to establish a direct interaction between female founders, decision-makers, and members of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
In line with the Abu Dhabi Economic Vision 2030, startAD has long ignited homegrown innovation by conceptualizing and implementing impact-driven programs.
Supporting the region’s vision of becoming a knowledge-based economy, they’ve equipped startups, SMEs and young talent with the necessary tools to build innovative new products that serve a global need, collaborate across organizations, and develop entrepreneurial capacity.
The startAD umbrella includes Ma’an Social Incubator, Academy for Women Entrepreneurs, Aldar Scaleup and Aldar Manasaah, who have all impacted several businesses in major ways.
Head to The Female Circle for an afternoon of networking and thought-provoking discussions.
