From the big leagues to the school court, NBA legend Joakim Noah inspires the next generation of Junior NBA talent
Repton School Abu Dhabi welcomed a visit from basketball great Joakim Noah, lighting up the Fry Campus with energy, enthusiasm, and a lot of slam-dunk inspiration.
The former Chicago Bulls star and two-time NBA All-Star took time out of his schedule as NBA Ambassador to meet the school’s budding Junior NBA players.
During his visit, Noah led a lively Q&A session, sharing memorable moments from his career, offering life lessons on resilience and teamwork, and encouraging Repton’s young athletes to pursue their passions on and off the court.
Many students’ highlights included meeting the towering star in person, listening to his stories, asking questions, or simply soaking up his motivational message.
The visit celebrates Repton Abu Dhabi’s growing involvement in the Junior NBA programme, with basketball fast becoming a favourite fixture in the school’s sporting calendar.
