Gourmands in and around Abu Dhabi, get ready for the first-ever series of meals curated by some of the best local and international Michelin-starred restaurant chefs.
Not one, not two, but three dinner series await those seeking only the best of culinary journeys.
The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, in collaboration with the Michelin Guide is organising the first-ever ‘Michelin Star Table Experience Abu Dhabi’. Following the coveted guide’s successful debut in the capital, this exclusive gastronomic programme aims to celebrate the rich and diverse dining scene here.
Spanning this month and January, the Michelin Star Table Experience Abu Dhabi features expertly crafted ‘four-hands dinners’. For the uninitiated, a four-hands dinner involves a restaurant’s executive chef collaborating with a visiting chef to create a one-time special menu.

For the Latin American series, Abu Dhabi’s Michelin-selected VaKaVa Pan Latin Grill and Lounge is collaborating with Mono, Asia’s first Michelin-starred Latin American restaurant. The menu will offer reimagined classics prepared with ingredients that are native to the region. The six-course dinner menu is available on 9 and 10 December at 8pm, priced at AED 550 per person.
For the Asian series, Abu Dhabi’s Michelin elected Dai Pai Dong comes together with One Michelin Star Chaat to highlight favourites from the Cantonese and Indian cuisines, enlivened with creative twists and unexpected flavours. The eight-course menu will be served on 15 and 16 December at 8pm, priced at AED 888 per person, inclusive of beverage pairing.
For the European series, Abu Dhabi’s One Michelin Star Talea by Antonia Guida and Three Michelin Star 8 1/2 Otto E Mezzo Bombana are coming together to celebrate the truffle season. That of course, calls for some delicious home-made pasta and classic Italian favourites. This special dinner will be hosted on 6 and 7 January 2023, at 8pm, priced at AED 695 per person.
Taking place at Talea at Emirates Palace, the European series will be helmed by MICHELIN Young Chef Award winner Luigi Stinga.
