If a night of fine grapes and elevated gastronomy sounds perfect, you can’t afford to miss the ‘M. Chapoutier Masterclass’ at Catch at St. Regis. Priced at AED 450 per person, the memorable and interactive evening will be led by M. Chapoutier Ambassador, from 7pm to 10pm.

Located at the Nation Riviera Beach Club, Catch at St. Regis has fast become the go-to spot for socialites and food connoisseurs alike. Starting today, they’re upping the ante with some great grape and food pairings at the M. Chapoutier Series!

The grapes themselves come from a rich 210 year long heritage, cultivated in the beautiful hills of the Rhone Valley, France. An instantly recognisable and much-loved grape label, the prestigious grapemaker is particularly known for its red and white Hermitage offerings.

Passionate about creating unfiltered and natural grapes, the brand works only biodynamically or organically grown fruit across all of the vineyards. The result of which, of course, are beautifully complex grape varieties that’s full of character and bold flavours.

Exclusively inviting 20 grape and food connoisseurs to savour an enchanting feast filled with delightful flavours and imaginative presentation techniques, culinary master Chef Remon Nabil Hana has curated an incredible four-course dining experience.

Every magnificent palate pleaser comes paired with four different types of premium and flavoursome M. Chapoutier grapes, chosen to hero the delicate culinary flavours.

The curated menu spans enticing dishes such as a delicate amuse bouche of sea bass ceviche, wagyu sushi rolls, braised short ribs, 48-hour marinated miso cod, and the Pearl De Catch, the sumptuous signature dessert.

Offering the modern and well-balanced Domaine Tournon, Landsborough Viognier; the flavourful Domaine Tournon, Landsborough Grenache-Shiraz-Touriga Nacional; the vintage M.Chapoutier Crozes- Hermitage Les Varonniers; the exotic M.Chapoutier Condrieu ‘Invitare’ Viognier; and the sweet Domaine Schieferkopf, Alsace Riesling, Lieu-dit Fel, all have been carefully selected to complement each dish perfectly.
