This culinary odyssey promises to lead guests on an exploration through the regions of Thailand. A celebration of the nation’s rich geography, the menu reflects the country’s culture and traditions, focusing on exquisite flavours brought by ingredients native to the country.
A recent recipient of the coveted Thai SELECT Award by the Thai Trade Centre, Benjarong Abu Dhabi has earned its reputation as a heritage Thai restaurant, lauded for its commitment to crafting authentic and artful dishes.
Drawing inspiration from its roots and the culinary brilliance of its talented team, the restaurant’s latest menu aspires provide each guest a taste of the bountiful country.

Celebrating Thailand’s Rich Geography and Culture
Chef Yongyos Chimthep, Benjarong’s head chef said, “The launch of our new menu at Benjarong signifies a significant milestone in our culinary journey. Our goal was to craft an experience that not only delights the palate but also transports our guests to the heart of Thailand. We’ve seamlessly blended traditional Thai flavours with contemporary cooking techniques, making it a more sustainable and enticing option for today’s diners.”

Guests can savour the bounty of the northern highlands with Khao Soy Gai, a creamy coconut curry served on soft egg noodles, crowned with crispy rice crackers and fresh herbs. Direct from the central plains of Bangkok, Pad Thai Gong brings together tiger prawns, rice noodles, tofu, and tamarind sauce in perfect harmony.
Meanwhile, Gaeng Kiew Wan represents the southern coast with fiery flavours of chicken simmered in a fragrant green curry sauce.
A gift for dumpling lovers from central Thailand, Chong Muang is regarded as an ancient royal dish, documented since the reign of King Rama II and famous for carved flower-shaped appearance and indigo coloring from the anchan (butterfly pea) flower.
A star dish that transcends central and southern regions of Thailand, Choo Chee Lobster is glazed with a red chili, lemongrass, and galangal “Choo-Chee” curry paste and coconut milk, garnished with shredded kaffir lime leaves. It’s a true culinary gem that showcases the richness of these regions.
Massaman Kae offers a historical and international perspective with its slow-cooked lamb immersed in a Massaman curry sauce, representing the diverse influences that have enriched Thai cuisine.
Highlighting Thailand’s abundant waters and coastal regions, the menu includes spicy Salmon Yard Prik, generously coated in Thai chili sauce, and Poo Nim Prik Thai Dum, a crispy soft-shell crab dish adorned with a rich black pepper sauce. Goong Yang, a grilled jumbo shrimp dish, further celebrates.
Thailand’s seafood culture, marinated to perfection and served with a flavourful dipping sauce.
For the crowd-favourite main courses, the menu presents the Phad Kraprow, a basil stir-fry that captures the essence of Thai basil’s fragrance.
In the mountains, you can find the Phad Med Ma Meung, a delightful cashew nut stir-fry that combines earthy richness with colorful vegetables. Transitioning to the central plains, Phad Priew Waan invites you to savour the harmony of sweet and sour flavours, while Phad Cha Ta Lay delivers the fiery essence of coastal abundance with a seafood stir-fry.
Celebrating the region’s produce, Phad Pak Boong Fai Dang showcases morning glory’s crispness in a vibrant stir-fry. Timeless classics reflect Bangkok’s bustling streets, Phad Thai encapsulates the soul of Thai street cuisine with stir-fried rice noodles, tofu, shrimp, and tamarind sauce.
Kway Teow Tom Yum marries the tangy allure of Tom Yum soup with rice noodles, creating a harmonious balance. Phad Mhee Leung offers textural contrast with crispy noodles. In our wok-fried rice dishes, Khao Phad celebrates the depth of Thai flavours, while Khao Phad Sabparos combines succulent pineapple and fragrant jasmine rice for a tropical delight.
For the dessert lovers, the famous Mango Sticky Rice is a must have, along with Ta Tim Grob, a traditional Thai dessert featuring sweet water chestnuts, coconut milk, and red rubies from water chestnut.
