Tell us a little bit of yourself
I am Elias Saad, Executive Assistant Manager, as well as overseeing the F&B operations at the prestigious five-star luxury brand, Bab Al Qasr Hotel & Residences. Bab Al Qasr is a landmark hotel that seamlessly blends traditional Arabian hospitality with modern comfort.
Situated on Abu Dhabi’s Corniche, Bab Al Qasr stands out with its iconic architecture and enjoys an exclusive address, boasting one of the capital’s largest private beaches.
Originally from Lebanon, my journey led me to Abu Dhabi in 1999. What began as a two-year plan has evolved into a lasting commitment to this dynamic city. I am proud to call Abu Dhabi my home, where I reside with my beloved wife and our twin daughters, Thea and Leah.
During my tenure managing operations at Bab Al Qasr, I reached another significant milestone by completing my studies and graduating from Cardiff University in the UK. I am also honoured to be recognised as one of the top 30 F&B leaders in the Middle East region for the year 2023.
