Well, now is your chance after India announced an ‘air bubble agreement’ with some 99 countries, one of which is the UAE.
The news comes after the Indian Government gave the green light for commercial flights to land in the country with fully vaccinated foreign tourists after the latest easing of COVID-19 restrictions.
This is the first time foreign tourists on commercial flights can enter the country since the onset of the pandemic in March 2020.
UAE passengers travelling into India must be fully vaccinated and produce a negative PCR test result within 72 hours of the flight.
Travellers will also need to undergo a PCR test at the airport upon arrival.
India was one of the world’s worst affected countries with the coronavirus resulting in The ICC Men’s T20 Cricket World Cup and the Indian Premier League being played in Abu Dhabi and other parts of the UAE.
