The wait is over, as the Dusit Extraordinary Brunch returns!
Starting 14 October, brunch lovers will find something truly special at Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi’s Urban Kitchen. The weekly brunch series has had a deliciously delightful makeover, and you won’t be able to resist the alluring call of gourmet cuisine, relaxed luxury and an enticing selection of grapes and mixed drinks.
So what’s new this time around? For starters, the monthly changing theme.
Kicking off with ‘Flavours of Autumn’ this month, the brunch series will feature a fall-themed menu that pays homage to the bounties of the season. From rich, hearty dishes featuring harvest vegetables to warm autumnal spices, every bite will transport guests to a cosy autumn wonderland.
Highlights on the menu include the rich Roasted Butternut Squash Soup, and of course, a comforting Wild Mushroom Bruschetta.
The show-stopper here is naturally the Herb-Crusted Roast Turkey, paired with cranberry sauce and sage-infused gravy that goes perfectly well with Pumpkin Risotto.
No brunch is complete without some decadent sweets, and the fall line-up here includes a warm Apple Crisp, Pecan Pie and even a Pumpkin Cheesecake.
For the regulars, there are still all the favourites, including the sushi and roll selection, the famous mango crab salad, a carving station featuring a variety of roasts, artisan breads and cheeses, and so much more!
Adding to the extraordinary are signature dishes from the award-winning Benjarong and Namak. So you can savour the best of the best including Thai curry, Peking duck, fresh oysters, Canadian lobsters, and more.
Enhance the experience with a truly creative beverage showcase. The mixology station crafts signature mixed drinks, and hop-lovers can delight in a massive selection while grape connoisseurs will find something to pair with all dishes.
While you savour the afternoon away, the little ones will have plenty to do in Urban Kitchen’s children’s area. Set against the live music by the hotel’s resident DJ, the Dusit Extraordinary Brunch cannot come soon enough!
