Bringing this show to Dubai and the capital for the first time, the two-time SA Comic’s Choice Award winner has produced some of his funniest work in the pandemic. You have two chances to catch him live in action, once on 20 January 2023 at Movenpick JBR, Dubai, and then on 21 January 2023 at Park Rotana, Abu Dhabi.
As seen on Netflix & Comedy Central, Schalk is one of the most exciting voices in South African comedy, bringing his unique contemporary Afrikaans perspective to the global comedy stage.

Previously, Schalk recorded a second stand up special for Netflix as part of Only Jokes Allowed. His hilarious gigs aside, the man has also earned rave reviews for his role in Kanarie, a major feature length film.
Schalk’s international career has seen him sell out stand-up show runs at London’s Leicester Square Theatre, Soho Theatre and Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He has also performed on the Trending Comics Gala at Montreux Comedy Festival in Switzerland and Dubai.
