Local police members strike gold at the 2023 World Police and Fire Fighters Games
Members of The Abu Dhabi Police were celebrating this week as they scooped eighteen medals on the fifth and sixth days of the 2023 World Police and Fire Games which took place in Canada over the weekend.
The UAE team excelled at the event, winning eight golds, five silver and five bronze medals across various competitions, including athletics, shooting, and rowing, among others.
The World Police and Fire Games is an Olympic-style competition with more than 8,500 athletes representing law enforcement, firefighters, and police officers from more than 50 countries across the world.
Through their latest exploits the Abu Dhabi Police are once again proving that they are superheros in more way than one. Yalla salutes you!
