Several areas of Abu Dhabi are set to experience rainfall of varying intensity from Thursday 24 October until Friday 25 October, the Abu Dhabi Media Office said. Rain should also be expected in Al Ain and Al Dharfa with gusts of wind and potential hail.

Authorities are urging drivers to follow adjusted speed limits, avoid low-lying valleys, and ensure their vehicles are equipped with first aid kits and alternative light sources.
