You will need to update the app, or download it, to see your status (green, grey or red) based on your most recent PCR test and vaccination status, as well as vaccination information and certificate, any travel testing and a live QR code, AD Media tweeted.

From 20 August, your Al Hosn status will need to show that that you are vaccinated, in order to enter places such as shopping centres, restaurants, cafés, gyms, recreational facilities, sporting activities and all other retail outlets not within shopping centres.
Supermarkets and pharmacies are exempt from the new rules.
The app features three colours – green, grey or red.
Green means a negative PCR test result is still valid; grey means its validity has expired; and red means the test result is positive.
Users can also add their parents and children to the app.
