Throughout the Holy Month of Ramadan, Umm Al Emarat Park is hosting – both on-ground and online series of initiatives that are sure to bring out the essence of the Holy Month, commencing on 10 April. 

Head to the park and you’ll certainly be able to feel the essence of Ramadan through its family activities and adventures.

First off, don’t miss the firing of the cannon by the entrance of the park to signal sunset. 

There’s storytelling aplenty on the big screen with Hakawaty sessions by Bait Arabi, not to mention classical oriental music sessions by Sherine Tohamy, Eman Al Hashimi, Maan Hamadeh, and Patrizia Masutti. 

 

Making time for wellness

 

 

The Park will also be hosting a series of fitness classes to encourage people to stay active throughout Ramadan

Get to join Daman Heroes’ Group Fitness for a post-Iftar sweat, where you’ll also have a chance to win prizes from Green for Life Café, Go Sport, and MuscleFuelUAE – Healthy Meal Plans in the sessions’ mini challenges. 

Seven Wellness will also be hosting meditative yoga sessions every Wednesday from 5pm to 6pm.
