Gnocchi Festival at Villa Toscana
Staying true to their Italian roots, Chef Vittorio Nania and his talented team are bringing back the delightful Gnocchi Festival at Villa Toscana.
Curated using some incredible fresh ingredients, the line-up promises to indulge every taste bud in the comforting flavours of homemade gnocchi prepared with traditional Italian sauces.
Diners are encouraged to savour wholesome specialties such as homemade potato gnocchi with corbarino tomato, basil and buffalo mozzarella; potato gnocchi with a buttery texture of purple prawn, black pepper and pecorino cheese; and gnocchi with pumpkin cream, porcini mushrooms and Italy’s world-famous summer black truffle.
If that wasn’t enough to get you salivating, savour delights from the island of Sardinia with some Sardinian gnocchetti with spinach sauce and Pecorino Romano cheese, and the uplifting aromas of gnocchi with duck ragu, veal reduction and sage.

With Chef Hajar Fassal at the helm, the pastry team is introducing the exotic flavours of citrus fruits through a delicious collection of summer-themed desserts.
Wrapped in elegant styles and imaginative presentations, the vibrant tastes of lemon, lime, orange, and mandarin are on display here. The spectacular desserts feature stunning creations such as ‘Key Lime Pie’ with a key lime tart base, lime vanilla gel, fresh berries, and immaculately handcrafted lime-shaped chocolate.
What menu would be complete without a ‘Mandarin Chocolate Tart’, starring a rich flavour of chocolate crunchy tart, mandarin curd, and Italian meringue, or even the sensational ‘Lemon Éclair’, consisting of crostiage éclair, chocolate whipped ganache and lemon curd, and so many more refreshing tastes to be paired with a freshly brewed pot of premium tea or energising coffee.
