You have five days to catch a glimpse of Michelin star chef Vineet Bhatia, and indulge in his fabulous pop-up at W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island!
Cumin get some of the finest Indian cuisine and spice up ‘dal’ meals with a stunning a la carte menu curated by Chef Vineet Bhatia, In addition to being the first Indian chef awarded a Michelin star, he’s also a well-established restaurateur, author, and champion of authentic desi gastronomy with an elevated twist.
Thanks to his culinary vision and the delicious dishes borne of it, Indian cuisine has been transformed into something far more modern, putting it on the global radar. His creative twists have unsurprisingly made him one of the most respected and recognised names in the industry, consequently also leading to him being named among the top 100 global Indians.
Now, you can sample some of his wonderful cooking at the Vineet Bhatia pop-up running from the 24-29 October. Head to Angar for a sumptuous lunch from 12.30pm to 3.30pm, or for a nice evening meal from 6pm to 11pm.
The pop-up, which is part of W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island’s PINKtober 2022 festivities, is just one of several events to look forward to. Head to the iconic landmark as they host a full pink takeover this October in support of Breast Cancer Awareness.
